Twenty years ago, when I became a programmer for GCC Servicing Systems (our partner company), my vision was to rewrite their character based loan origination system in Windows. I knew to be successful I would have to employ some of the finest mortgage professionals in the industry to develop and support this robust system. In 1998, the front end division of GCC Servicing Systems branched out to form Mortgage Builder Software and installed our first Windows client. Over the next few years, we were busy converting the GCC front-end customers over to Mortgage Builder. In that time, we recognized that our functionality far exceeded some major players in the industry. Therefore, we launched the product on a national level and have been bringing on new clients ever since.
We knew in order to continue our success we had to stand apart from our competition. That meant our superior customer support had to be the driving force behind Mortgage Builder. By listening to our prospective clients, we learned that most LOS companies just sold a product then disappeared so we took a different approach. We begin each relationship by gaining an understanding of you, your company and your customers. We have developed the product so that it is not necessary to employ an IT person to administer and we work together to find the right solution for your organization.
