Location/Territory/States: Regional remote sales office that can be based anywhere with sales territory to be determined upon selection of a candidate.
Position Description: The successful candidate will lead the sales efforts in their assigned territory targeting Mortgage Banks, Community Banks, and Credit Union prospects, calling on Sr. Management and other applicable contacts to develop key relationships. The RSM will perform a wide variety of duties to generate new leads as well as direct, control and coordinate new sales of the Mortgage Builder system in their predefined territory. This includes cold-calling prospects, qualification of prospects, remote and on-site demonstrations, value justification, creation of pricing proposals and contracts, negotiation with prospects in addition to working with the Mortgage Builder sales staff to collaborate and develop new marketing material. This position will report directly to National Sales Manager. Base Salary plus commission with no cap.
Duties and Responsibilities:
- Cold-call prospects to find potential customers
- Attend regional and national tradeshows and conferences
- 25-50% travel required - monthly
- Schedule, attend, and present remote and on-site demonstrations of the Mortgage Builder system. Coordinate onsite demo’s with VP Client Development
- Explain the entire sales process to implementation with new clients
- Follow up, create and send proposals to potential prospects
- Create and send contracts in order to sign new customers
- Quarterly follow up with new customers
- Assist Sales Support Admin in accommodations and hospitality for clients and prospects
Job Requirements:
- Five to Seven years industry experience with technology / software focus
- Full understanding of the sales process
