Feel free to use the Request for Approval letter we’ve drafted in order to help you obtain permission to attend the conference, which you can tailor for your specific business. It lists the educational opportunities and benefits extended at the conference as well as total estimated costs.

Discounted Room Rate

Visit the special Greektown Casino-Hotel link to obtain the conference room rate of $139 per night, single or double occupancy, plus taxes. Reservations must be made prior to Sunday, October 7, to receive the group rate. The hotel encourages guests to secure their rooms as soon as possible as discounted rooms are available on a space-available basis and are expected to sell out.

Transportation

The Greektown Casino-Hotel is approximately 20 miles from the Detroit Airport.

The hotel is easily accessible by cab (approximately $40 each way) and rental car. The Greektown Casino-Hotel offers complimentary self-parking for hotel guests.

What is the conference dress code?

Business casual attire is appropriate throughout the conference.

What is covered under the conference registration fee?

The registration fee includes:

  • Full access to all general sessions, breakouts and roundtables
  • Sponsor Showcase networking opportunities
  • Meals and breaks as indicated on the conference agenda
  • Welcome Reception and evening events

The conference registration fee does not cover:

  • Transportation
  • Hotel charges
  • Incidentals

Can my spouse attend?

The conference educational sessions are open to registered attendees only. However, guests/spouses are welcome to join you for our Welcome Reception and evening events at a nominal fee. Please register your guest(s) during the registration process for an additional fee of $100 per person.

If my plans change, can I cancel or transfer my registration?

The following are the Conference Registration Terms & Conditions:

Cancellation Policy:

  • Full refunds will be granted for written cancellations received before August 31, 2018
  • Written cancellations received between September 1 and October 1, 2018 will be refunded the amount paid minus $200 per registration
  • Registration fees received after October 1, 2018 are not refundable
  • Refunds will not be granted for no-shows
  • Transfer Policy: Registrations are transferable
