1098 Reporting / HMDA

Year-end 1098 reporting is provided within Mortgage Builder Software.  The 1098 is printed and mailed to the borrower, copies of mailed 1098 statements are provided on CD-ROM for the Lender and the information is reported to the IRS on your behalf.

HMDA Reporting is done within Mortgage Builder by the generation of error reports, a registry report and the HMDA download file.
