DETROIT – Dec. 11, 2000 – Mortgage
Builder Software, Inc. (MBSI) announced that Home Mortgage Assured Corporation
(HMAC), the in-house lender for Smythe, Cramer Company, Ohio’s largest
independently owned real estate service provider, has selected Mortgage
Builder™ loan origination system (LOS) for its lending operations.
Prior to
choosing Mortgage Builder, HMAC used Dynatek’s LOS system.
