An automatic email is triggered notifying you that an application has been received from your website.

Wholesale Broker Website
Mortgage Builders Wholesale Broker Website is a privately branded, direct-to-broker website for the wholesale lender. Once assigned a user name and password, the broker can then view their pipeline, loan status, underwriting conditions, current loan programs and rate sheets. The broker can upload a 1003 file from their existing LOS to the website which then integrates into Mortgage Builder. The broker can request a rate lock from the webpage which will automatically generate an email to the Lenders secondary marketing department. When the rate lock is confirmed a confirmation will automatically be sent to the broker. Brokers can request closing documents right from your website which will be automatically processed by Mortgage Builder and returned to the broker within minutes.
