How We Support Customers
On-site training is included with any Mortgage Builder Implementation package, with on-going training available online. Recorded refresher courses are available 24×7 to help you and to assist with onboarding.
By aggregating customer feedback and monitoring industry trends, we work to deliver and train best practices for our customers so they can get the most out of their investment in Mortgage Builder.
All major product updates are backed by detailed training to make sure you can take full advantage of the latest Mortgage Builder innovations.
We know your time is valuable so training is divided by role – admins, LOs, and processors. Our training covers every part of the loan origination process – from filling out the application to secondary marketing.
All training modules are recorded and available within the Customer Portal. Use them for new employee training, when you need to look something up, or you need a quick refresher. You can download the training materials and watch individual lessons as often as you’d like to.
Mortgage Builder employs mortgage compliance experts who are dedicated to ensuring our solutions help you meet compliance. As regulations change, so do our training offerings.
Request a System Tune Up
Over time, your company grows, regulations change, and technology advances. To keep you ahead of the curve, Mortgage Builder offers a Tune Up services package that assesses your existing processes and recommends adjustments to increase your efficiency. A Tune Up engagement typically requires a few hours a week over the course of three months, but is customized to meet your needs. We will:
- Review your present configuration
- Recommend process improvements
- Create a detailed tune up report
- Present a comprehensive plan
